Your students school is your main source for information about eligibility for transportation services provided by Taos Municipal Schools. If you have questions about your students eligibility for transportation, please contact his or her school. If your student is eligible, the school can provide you with the appropriate transportation application form. The form must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian, and signed by the principal. The school will send in the form for processing by TMS. If you are the parent of a child with disabilities for whom transportation is provided as part of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan and your child is experiencing transportation related problems, call 575-758-5291 for immediate assistance.

The Transportation Department of the Taos Municipal School Districts primary goal is to provide the safest transportation of students throughout the District. We also recognize that in order to accomplish this task we must employ the most qualified and trained staff.

The Transportation Department of the Taos Municipal School District will transport all students to and from school in a safe and efficient manner. We will also provide safe transportation for all school sponsored activity trips.
