Facilities manages the day-to-day operations of TMS schools, modular buildings, annexes, and administrative offices. Taos Municipal Schools facilities staff are critical to support educational function and student safety. The department ensures that the district’s schools and facilities are clean, safe, heated and cooled, and dry.

NMAA FORCED TO POSTPONE FALL SPORTS DUE TO GOVERNOR’S ORDERS

Due to the announcement from the Governor, interscholastic athletics cannot take place during the Fall Semester because of COVID-19 related public health concerns, the New Mexico Activities Association has been forced to postpone its Volleyball, Cross Country, and Fall Golf seasons.

Taos Leadership Class

The Taos High School Leadership Class will run in committees which will include SPA, Blood Drive Committee, Spirit Committee and Staff/Teach appreciation committee. The class will hold elections and have elected officers. The students will learn to become better leaders and complete many projects.
